Minnesota Wild forward Zach Parise picked up his 500th career point recently. His farther, J.P. Parise, had 594 points in his 14 year career. This puts the Parises in some pretty elite company. They are only the third father/son pair in NHL history to have each scored at least 500 points - joining Gordie Howe and Mark Howe and Bobby Hull and Brett Hull.
Currently sitting with 455 career points, expect Paul Stastny, son of the great Peter Stastny, to increase that club to 4 next season.
