Great Moments In Hockey History: Petr Klima's Late Night Goal
May 15, 1990: An already long night to open the 1990 Stanley Cup Final was dragged out 26 minutes longer by a power outage that dimmed the lights in Boston Garden during the third overtime. Once play resumed, sparingly-used winger Petr Klima scored off a rush 15:13 in the third OT, thereby ending the longest game in Final history.
