April 22nd, 1988 - Patrik Sundstrom set a Playoffs record by recording eight points (three goals, five assists) in New Jersey's 10-4 win over Washington in Game 3 of the Patrick Division Final. Sundstrom topped the previous record of seven points, recorded on three occasions by Edmonton's Wayne Gretzky.
