April 24, 1993: Rugged Sabres winger Brad May deked through the skates of Boston defenseman Ray Bourque and then beat goaltender Andy Moog 4:48 into overtime to lift Buffalo to a 6-5 victory and four-game sweep of the Adams Division Semifinal series. Sabres play-by-play man Rick Jeanneret immortalized the goal by yelling "May Day!" five times as a raucous celebration erupted in the audience.
