On March 11th, 1996 the Montreal Canadiens closed the Montreal Forum. All the living legends were invited to take part in a pre-game ceremony that few who witnessed it will ever forget.
The highlight of the night was undoubtedly the introduction of Maurice "Rocket" Richard and the tremendous ovation he received:
