On February 22nd, 1981 the Quebec Nordiques beat the Washington Capitals by the ridiculous score of 11-7.
Brothers Peter and Anton Stastny both had 8 points in the game, setting a NHL record for most points by a player in a road game, and most points in one game by a rookie. Peter recorded 4 goals and 4 assists, while Anton scored 3 goals and 5 assists.
What is even more impressive is two nights earlier both Stastnys had 3 goals and 5 points each in a 9-3 win over Vancouver!
The following year older brother Marian Stastny defected from Czechoslovakia and joined Peter and Anton in Quebec!
