I've never seen this photo before. It's Pete Babando scoring his fluky double overtime winner in game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals in 1950.
Note how both teams are wearing dark uniforms. The black and white photo makes it appear more confusing than it actually would have been. After all the Rangers' blue and the Wings' red would be pretty distinguishable.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get a photo of this goal? My wife is a South Porcupine native and this would be a nice companion to the Barilko goal picture I have framed.
