Bobby Orr Flies Forever

Forty years ago today Bobby Orr scored the most famous Stanley Cup winning goal of all time:



Today the Boston Bruins will commemorate this famous goal with a bronzed statue - in his patented Superman pose - outside of TD Garden in Boston.

How fitting that today is the 40th anniversay, the statue unveiling and an opportunity to advance to the Eastern finals.

Bobby Orr was in a league of his own, and his career was cut way too short.
