Tretiak Named Russian Olympic GM

Earlier this year Vladimir Putin took time out from over seeing the Russian government to over see the Russian Olympic hockey team. In the photo above he is toasting the team, with Vladislav Tretiak is directly behind him.

Tretiak, the most decorated Olympic hockey player in history, has now been named the General Manager of the Russian Olympic Team. I'm sure Mr. Putin would approve.
